Ketamine Retreats & Groups
Journey Together
About
Our ketamine-assisted groups and retreats are built on the understanding that healing is both personal and collective — that when we gather with intention, presence, and compassion, we awaken something far greater than ourselves.
These group experiences weave together the therapeutic power of ketamine, the wisdom of the transpersonal journey, and the sacredness of community. Each gathering is a space to reconnect with your innate wholeness, deepen your self-awareness, and remember your place within the larger fabric of life.
Group medicine work invites us to witness and be witnessed — to see that we are not alone in our pain, longing, or becoming.
Within the safety of a shared container, participants often discover:
Resonance and reflection — the realization that others share similar struggles, fears, and hopes.
Amplified healing — the collective field enhances insight, emotion, and integration.
Belonging — the simple yet profound medicine of being accepted and seen exactly as you are.
Awakening unity consciousness — experiencing how our individual healing contributes to the healing of the whole.
As each person opens, the group expands. As each person heals, the collective vibrates with more coherence, compassion, and truth.

What to Expect
Each group or retreat is guided with care, presence, and deep respect for both psychological safety and spiritual emergence.
Our process includes:
Preparation sessions — grounding intentions, clarifying goals, and cultivating trust in the group field.
Medicine journey — held in a gentle, therapeutically guided space with live sound and mindfulness.
Integration — weaving insights into daily life through group sharing and reflective practices.
Group Process — Various activities, psycho-education, or interventions may be used throughout the group process.
The medicine itself — ketamine — can open portals to expanded awareness, compassion, and clarity. When combined with the group field and a transpersonal orientation, these journeys become profound opportunities for self-realization and embodied transformation.
About Ketamine
Evidence-based research studies have found ketamine-assisted therapy to be an effective treatment for a variety of mental health diagnoses, such as depressions, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic used medically for induction and maintenance of anesthesia. It is used as a treatment for depression and pain management; however, it also has unique psychedelic effects.
